Meditating with your partner

Over at Spiritual Relationships we recently posted an article on meditation. Have you considered meditating with your partner? Meditating together can create an interesting spiritual bond between two people. When you meditate by yourself the world seems to dissappear around you. When you meditate together with a group of people you feel as though they are still around but with enough relaxation, they too will dissapear. Try meditating holding your partner's hand or sitting or standing just a few inches away from them and the bond you two have created will start to fade.
